The Executive Advantage (EA) plan is designed for the executive or manager who wants to improve his/her quality of life by wisely managing corporate benefit plans and outside investments. It is best suited for corporate employees who have accumulated a substantial amount of wealth in a 401(k) plan, have stock options or restricted stock, or are eligible for deferred compensation.

As an EA client, we assess your current financial picture, identify your financial goals, tolerance for risk, and time horizon. Then we analyze your overall investment portfolio by aggregating your accounts. We will also look at 401(k) plans (or other tax deferred savings plans) and compare to allocation models to try improving your retirement accounts within corporate constraints. Our firm prepares any paperwork needed to implement investment changes and continues to monitor your financial situation including tax, insurance adjustments, and employee stock options.
