The Executive Advantage (EA) process begins when you review your personal and financial information with a Relationship Manager. Together, we discuss and assess your current financial picture; identify your financial goals; tolerance for risk; and time horizon.
Your Relationship Manager will provide a comprehensive financial analysis that is created using a variety of computer software. It will outline your individual needs at-a-glance; addressing areas such as:
Many of our EA clients have accumulated substantial wealth in a tax deferred savings plan, have been granted stock options or restricted stock, or are eligible for deferred compensation. We take everything into consideration before reviewing each separate investment, and identifying specific improvements that can be made going forward. Every available option is thoroughly explained, so clients can make informed decisions about their financial future.
At subsequent meetings, your Relationship Manager will also review your insurance needs and estate plan in order to identify any areas of concern. This is followed by an overall investment analysis conducted by your Investment Manager, who reviews your level of risk, volatility, and diversification of your total portfolio. This helps ensure the alignment of your financial decisions with your personal goals.
Your Investment Manager will analyze your overall investment portfolio by aggregating all of your accounts. This includes looking at your 401(k), or other tax deferred savings plan, and recommending ways to improve your retirement account allocations within corporate constraints.
Following the analysis meetings, you will receive an overall written portfolio analysis for each of your accounts, and a secure online account and mailbox will be setup for you. This is where you can view your current retirement plan and any future reports.
If you would like us to manage your investments, we can oversee the paperwork needed to open accounts with LPL Financial Services, the largest independent broker-dealer in the United States. Remember, having a solid investment plan helps you avoid mistakes that could significantly impact your financial goals.
We continue monitoring your financial situation, including tax, insurance adjustments, and employee stock options, for the remainder of the contract term. During that time, your Relationship Manager will answer all of your financial questions and your Investment Manager will oversee all investments placed with LPL Financial Services. After successful completion of this process, you may continue to engage our services each subsequent year for a nominal retainer fee.
